Where does boyfriend ship?

At the moment, we only ship within the United States.

How much does shipping cost?

Rates are calculated during checkout depending on your address and preferred shipping speed.

When will my order ship?

We ship in-stock items within 24 hours of ordering on business days. You will receive an email notification once your product has shipped.

Can I edit/cancel my order?

If your order has not been shipped, you can edit your order by reaching out to us at hello@boyfriend-shop.com with your order number.

Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, we cannot edit the order or shipping address. However, you can contact the shipping provider directly to make adjustments.

We offer free 30-day returns. In our commitment to reduce waste, we request items be returned in the same condition and in their original packaging for a full refund

How do I start a return?

To start a return, simply drop us a note at hello@boyfriend-shop.com with your order number and reason for the return. As a reminder, we request that the item be returned in the original condition and original packaging for a full refund.

When can I expect my refund?

After you have mailed your return, it takes our team 2 to 3 weeks to receive and process your refund to your original form of payment.

How do I start an exchange?

To exchange a product, simply order a new product and return the one you do not want. This is the fastest way for you to receive the product you love. We’ll process your refund for the original product once we receive the return is complete. If you need a new return label, please reach out to us at hello@boyfriend-shop.com.
