Origin Story

In 2020 my roommate, Kingsley, and I were lounging in our living room chatting about our love lives. We talked about moments with our partners where time seemed to stand still—from the excitement of dressing up, to the romantic dinners or nights out dancing, to the anticipation of undressing and feeling the warmth of each other’s skin.

Moments like these were magical, but we noticed a pattern. On special occasions, our partners chose lingerie while our offerings were disappointingly mundane—the same old boxer briefs from a three year old multi-pack. This sparked a thought, “isn’t there something special for us to wear to enhance the moment for our partners too, as well as make us feel a lil sexy?”

Soon after, Kingsley and I began the search. While the intimacy market is growing, it often misses the mark on providing men with quality and approachable products. With close friends, we started boyfriend to delve into this space and encourage men to celebrate their intimate side freely. Our ultimate goal? To challenge stigmas about sex-positivity and redefine views on masculine intimacy.
